One-on-one service
Increase a client's CONNECTION to and ENGAGEMENT in community supports
Client and provider will develop CREATIVE, FLEXIBLE and SUPPORTIVE resources and relationships
Develop SKILLS that will facilitate INTEGRATION into the community
Participants say:
"I loved going to the Seattle Aquarium! The ferry ride was fun, we got a coffee, the jellyfish were cool, and so were the seals! I want to go again next week"
